NNVE ships within North America.
We're thrilled to get our products to you and are committed to doing so as quickly as possible. Our small-batch production ensures the highest quality and freshness, so while there may be occasional delays, we'll do everything we can to keep your wait to a minimum!
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
It usually takes 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Standard shipping within Canada is 2-4 business days. Delivery to all other non-continental Canada destinations are based on weight. You will be notified of shopping costs during checkout. Additional custom fees may be applicable in your country.
Please note that any orders placed after 12:00 pm PST on Friday will process on the following Monday. Additionally, business days are considered Monday-Friday.
FREE SHIPPING
Shipping for orders over $100.00 is FREE. For orders under $100.00, the shipping varies by province. The total delivery time for Expedited Parcel shipping is typically 4-8 business days, with exceptions for remote provinces.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
A worry free and timely shipping experience will be provided. If the product is damaged at delivery, please provide a picture of the unused product along with the order number to info@nnve.ca so we can assist you.
TRACKING NUMBER
If the package is being expedited, a tracking number will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout.
RETURN POLICY
